Saxena, a seasoned marketing leader with over 15 years of experience in digital strategy, brand management, and customer engagement, will spearhead JSW Steel’s digital marketing initiatives. Prior to joining JSW Steel, Saxena held key leadership positions at major firms including Tata Steel and Hindalco Industries. Most recently, she served as the Vice President – Digital Strategy at a global technology firm, where she led data-driven marketing programs and scaled digital operations across multiple geographies.
